As part of our offshore model, you'll be pioneering new ways of working that combine high-touch seller engagement with advanced AI tools to maximize impact. You'll help sellers navigate their growth journey while being at the forefront of AI-powered account management innovation in the region.What You'll DoDrive Seller Growth and Performance
Identify and onboard SG/MY/TH sellers to participate in Amazon Global Selling programs, drive feature adoption to improve customer experienceMonitor seller performance metrics and work with sellers to achieve operational excellenceProvide coaching on best practices to optimize selection, listings, pricing, inventory, and advertising strategiesConduct business reviews with sellers, analyze sales trends and drivers, and develop recommendations for growth
Account Management and Relationship Building
Serve as primary point of contact for a cohort of SG/MY/TH sellers, delivering consultative support via one-to-one and one-to-many approachProactively identify and address issues that may impact seller performance and become a trusted advisor for their Amazon businessEscalate complex issues to appropriate teams while maintaining seller satisfaction
Program Execution and Collaboration
Execute structured campaigns focused on different Amazon programs and productsMaintain accurate seller records and track engagement outcomes in internal systemsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive seller successLeverage AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and seller coverage effectiveness
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required2+ years of account management or customer success experience, preferably in e-commerce, online services, or retail industriesDemonstrated success in exceeding targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approachStrong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data-driven decision makingExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishStrong learning agility and genuine interest in AI technologies and their applicationsComfortable working with international and cross-cultural teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with global e-commerce or marketplace platformsMandarin or Thai language skills are a plusExperience using analytical tools, marketing tools, productivity tools, and online collaboration platformsPrevious experience supporting sellers or businesses in Singapore, Malaysia, or Thailand markets
