The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing trade marketing strategies that drive consumer engagement, improve brand presence, and increase revenue. /ppThe bSenior Trade Marketing Manager /b will play a pivotal role in managing a team of trade marketing professionals, ensuring seamless coordination between stakeholders in sales, marketing, ecommerce, and retail teams to continuously optimize the customer experience. The successful candidate will have experience across the full journey from online to instore, as well as ecommerce and visual merchandising. /ph3Key Responsibilities: /h3ulliDevelop and implement a comprehensive trade marketing strategy that aligns with overall brand and sales objectives across all brand partners. /liliLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of trade marketing professionals. /liliSupport the team in ensuring campaigns deliver on objectives, with consistency across all touchpoints in the omnichannel journey. /liliPartner with the EMEA visual merchandising team to ensure consistent brand presence in the market. /liliCollaborate with sales and retail teams to align trade marketing strategy with key account plans and owned channel plans. /liliTrack, analyze, and report on the performance of trade marketing efforts, utilizing insights to optimize future strategies. /liliManage the trade marketing budget for Italy, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. /liliStay updated on market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to inform and adapt future strategies. /li /ulh3Requirements for Success: /h3ullibEducation: /b Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or related experience. /lilibExperience: /b Solid experience in Trade Marketing, with a focus on both online and instore retail environments, and knowledge of E-Commerce and visual merchandising.
