Libon is an international application for calling loved ones, recharged like a prepaid SIM card. It offers top-ups at 5€, 10€, and 20€ for landlines and mobiles in over 160 countries. Libon’s best offers are based on rates negotiated with Orange and MTN in Africa, and Globe and Smart in the Philippines, Bangladesh, India, and Pakistan. These offers are now available both physically and digitally through resale networks such as telephone shops, tobacconists, kiosks, and convenience stores. In addition to distributing Libon offers, there is a need to better communicate, engage, and build communities around the application. Responsibilities The role focuses on increasing Libon’s turnover in Italy through field activities, adjusting offers and promotions for physical distribution, and engaging communities of sellers and buyers. This includes B2B activities at points of sale selling our Scratchcards/Epins, and B2C interactions with users, associations, households, and influencers within foreign communities (Africans, Asians, Indians, Americans, etc.). Market analysis: Define prospecting areas, identify hot spots, and prioritize for Libon’s sales growth. Monitor competitors and technological trends. Identify and prioritize distribution networks and geographical deployment zones. Engage in hunting and commercial prospecting. Identify lead contacts and assess community customer needs. Test various distribution channels and promotional strategies. Implement trade marketing plans approved by management. Be creative and propose ideas to enhance Libon’s visibility at points of sale and within diasporas. Establish POS displays to ensure product visibility in partner networks. Maintain a list of points of sale offering Libon products. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in field sales, operational marketing, trade marketing, or community distribution; experience in Sicily is a plus. Strong negotiation skills and a passion for acquiring new customers. Good understanding of diaspora communities and their consumption habits. Proficiency in Excel and numerical analysis. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Proactive, dynamic, and enthusiastic attitude. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across functions and with external networks. Fluent in English and French (intermediate level), and knowledge of a third African language like Wolof is mandatory. Driver’s license is required. J-18808-Ljbffr
