About The Position
We are looking for an EMEA Product Manager to join the Product Management Team of the Aftermarket Division. This position is based at our office in Corbetta.
Your Responsibilities Will Be
* Manage and oversee the assigned product lines throughout their entire life cycle.
* Take responsibility for the turnover and profitability of the assigned product lines.
* Conduct competitor benchmarking and car-park analysis, and define and manage the strategic positioning of the assigned product lines to ensure proper market coverage.
* Collaborate with countries’ Trade Marketing teams to gather market needs, identify new opportunities and ensure the necessary technical and commercial support for the assigned product area.
* Support the Purchasing team in defining technical requirements of the products and targets relating to purchase expenses.
* Manage the purchasing process for MAKE products within the assigned product lines.
* Organize and deliver training to distributors, customers and sales force about the key characteristics of the assigned product lines.
* Collaborate with the Marketing Communication team to create informative material.
* Define branding and packaging strategies for the assigned product lines in collaboration with the Marketing Communication team.
* Provide technical support for the assigned product lines during trade shows and events.
* Update data and catalogs related to the assigned product area in collaboration with the Marketing Communication and Marketing Systems teams.
What Qualifications You Will Bring
* Degree in Economics or Engineering.
* At least 3 years of experience in similar roles within complex, international and multi-product companies.
* Fluency in both Italian and English.
* Knowledge of the market.
* Economic, statistical and marketing expertise.
* Technical product knowledge.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
* Willingness to travel for business within the geographical area of reference.

This position offers an initial gross annual salary of € 36,615, plus additional compensation elements, including variable incentives and benefits, in accordance with Marelli’s company policies.
