Follow up on sales performance and take actions to improve sales performance, by using proven solutions and good examples to identify improvement opportunities. Responsible for implementing & training department co-workers in commerciality and selling, with the goal of increasing commerciality and improving the customer shopping experience in the As-Is shop. Work closely with Selling Team and other functions on improving and optimizing internal product flows to Recovery to ensure optimal effectiveness (Range Change, Launch, Campaigns, Outgoing, etc.)
- Promote the IKEA social and environmental commitment and work with the team to understand how, together, you can contribute to sustainability and circularity. Support the product quality and safety work in the customer meeting point by reporting any potential issues accordingly. As well as to ensure all required product information and warnings are communicated to the customer on products sold through the As-Is Shop.
