Bachelor or master degree or above, major in science and technology, power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation preferred. /li li2. Strong decision-making skills, able to make quick and accurate decisions and implement effective solutions in complex or urgent situations. /li li3. Some work experience and basic understanding of the new energy market. /li li4. Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; ability to communicate directly with foreign clients; multilingual proficiency is a plus. /li li5.
