The Rail Sales Manager leads sales developmentwithin the rail sector identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships and driving revenue growth through tailored solutions for rail operators. Location Torino / Milano. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for the clients, ensuring consistent communication and alignment; Generate opportunities with existing customers; Lead client acquisition and manage high-value accounts; Collaborate with consulting teams to align service offerings with client needs; Prepare and present proposals, bids, and commercial offers; Develop and execute sales plans; Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business, industry, and strategic priorities; Monitor market trends and competitor activities; Select technical profiles with a support the recruitment team. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; 5-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 in engineering consulting companies for rail sector; Proven track record in consultative selling and business development; Strong network within the rail industry (operators, infrastructure managers, OEMs); Fluent in English; Excellent negotiation, presentation skills.
