Responsibilities
Prepare customized offers and independently process customer orders.
Provide professional support for customers on sales-related and organizational inquiries.
Accurately enter and maintain customer orders in the ERP system.
Actively maintain and develop long-term customer relationships.
Monitor delivery deadlines and initiate appropriate measures to ensure on-time delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
Completed technical training and prior professional experience is an advantage.
Strong organisational skills, ability to work independently and think analytically.
Enthusiastic, team-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office.
Fluent in English; German and Italian is an advantage.
