Descrizione

* Technical Sales Experience : At least five years of relevant work experience in technical sales, either direct or indirect, with a strong network of contacts.
* Experience in Telecommunications Sector : Several years of sales experience in telecommunications / IoT domain and a deep interest in the telecommunication and IoT sectors.
* Understanding of IoT Domain : Strong knowledge of IoT solutions, especially connectivity, and an in-depth understanding of various IoT verticals and relevant clients.
* Passion for High-Growth : Motivated to work with an experienced leadership team focused on rapid growth.
* Technology Skills : Ability to lead product demonstrations and discuss technical topics credibly.
* Proven Track Record : Demonstrated success in sales, particularly in customer acquisition.
* Language Skills : Fluent in spoken and written English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
* Communication Skills : Excellent communication, open-minded, and a team player.
* Autonomous Work : Capable of working independently, focused on targets, and willing to travel frequently.

* Define and execute sales strategies to increase market share in your country.
* Develop accurate forecasts and execution plans.
* Collaborate with the international team to meet regional targets.
* Maintain a customer-obsessed mindset to uphold 1NCE’s reputation as a top IoT connectivity provider.
* Build and sustain strong relationships with customers and partners based on trust and satisfaction.

Interview Process

* Initial online meeting with the recruiter.
* Follow-up interview with the line manager.
* Final interview with the Senior Vice President.

Note : The number of meetings may vary in exceptional cases.
