GENERAL ROLE : As a core member of the retail leadership team, the Store Manager promotes Hermès culture by achieving store excellence, fostering talent, crafting memorable customer experiences, and ensuring seamless operations with an entrepreneurial and innovative spirit. The Store Manager of Padua reports to a Local Area Manager. Main Responsibilities Business and Sales Development : Define commercial strategies to improve boutique performance, track KPIs, liaise with HQ for store and team development, and support buying strategies based on performance analysis, market trends, and customer feedback. People Management and Development : Embody Hermès values and culture, develop role models, promote communication about the brand's history and activities, encourage team engagement, manage recruitment, conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and inspire team participation in store activities. Customer Experience : Encourage the team to identify commercial opportunities, deliver memorable customer service, develop action plans to improve customer experience, and support clienteling activities. Operations : Supervise stock management, ensure health & safety compliance, oversee store maintenance, manage inventory accuracy, and ensure transaction accuracy according to company policies. Compliance : Communicate procedures clearly, facilitate internal audits, and support system and procedure adherence.
