Our team researches, innovates and creates solutions that deliver healthy results for our customers.brJob Purpose and ImpactbrWe are looking for a passionate Key Account Manager for swine specie who will work with commercial and technical teams, to develop, improve and maintain business with feed, additives and premix for Cargill feed customers that operates in the Italian market. You will participate in face to face and virtual meetings with existing and prospective clients to understand customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services and solutions. In this role, you will provide effective communication and customer presentations to demonstrate how the company's product can provide solutions to increase overall performance and value for the customer.brKey AccountabilitiesbrulliDevelop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in the customer organization and prospective customers as you look to build out the customer portfolio. /liliMonitor customer activity and requirements closely to ensure continuous value creation and optimization. /liliExecute strategies focused on expanding your customer base and portfolio within defined geographic locations. /liliAct as the interface between the customer and the business, facilitating relationships and collaborating with internal departments to ensure operational activities are aligned to support and create value for the customer. /liliManage and execute bids, tenders and contract negotiations. /liliIdentify new sales opportunities and commercial partnerships. /liliNetwork with companies in the industry and attend industry events and conferences to better understand markets and customers. /liliIndependently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff. /liliOther duties as assignedbrbr/li /ulstrongQualificationsbr/strongstrongMinimum Qualificationsbr/strongulliMinimum of two years of related work experience in commercial roles. /liliMicrosoft Office skills. /liliConfirmed ability to prepare and present customer proposals and presentations in a clear and effective manner /liliPlan, execution, focus on results, problem solving /liliEnglish language conversational level. /liliB Driving license required. /liliAvailability for traveling to the designated area. /liliExperience in zootechnical or animal welfare domain, will be a plus.brbr/li /ulstrongOur Offerbr/strongWe provide a fast paced stimulating international environment, which will stretch your abilities and channel your talents.
