We are hiring a B2B Digital Sales Specialist with native-level Italian and solid cold calling experience to join an international, tech-focused sales environment. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Sofia, offering a stable base salary, performance bonus, and relocation support.

Role Overview
In this role, you will:\n
- Conduct outbound cold calling to identify, qualify, and engage business leads
- Apply structured business development and lead qualification methodologies
- Build, manage, and develop a consistent sales pipeline
- Understand customer needs and propose tailored digital solutions
- Contribute directly to revenue growth and sales targets
Requirements
- Native-level Italian (mandatory) and fluent English
- Minimum 2 years of B2B cold calling sales experience
- Solid knowledge of business development, lead generation, and qualification
- Experience in tech, SaaS, or digital advertising is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills and a results-driven, proactive mindset
What We Offer
- Full-time contract, Monday to Friday (09:00–18:00)
- Hybrid work model based in Sofia
- Gross monthly salary: 3,300 BGN + premio + benefits
- Quarterly performance bonus: up to 2,000 BGN

- Company-paid accommodation for the first 10 days or more
