Use visual techniques to maintain visual standards according to Burberry guidelines /li liFoster team work and a positive work climate /li /ul h3CLIENT ENGAGEMENT /h3 ul liBuild meaningful relationships with Clients /li liWork by appointment to provide a personalised service and build relationships with our clients to promote loyalty and incremental purchases. /li liCapture new luxury clients to grow the individual and store client book with a commercial objective mindset /li liDrive retention of clients ensuring volume and spend by contacting them regularly and ensuring the appropriate follow up on sales or clients requests /li /ul h3bPERSONAL PROFILE /b /h3 ul liA proven track record in delivering sales and exceeding targets /li liPrevious experience in Clientelling /li liA strong interest in fashion, art and culture /li liStrong product knowledge and good understanding of store retail operations /li liUnderstanding of competitor products /li liExperience in working as part of a team /li liFluent in the local language; English proficiency is desirable.
