As Account Director for Hilton, you drive revenue growth by nurturing a portfolio of corporate and MICE clients and expanding relationships through proactive business development. You collaborate with on‑property teams to deliver superior guest experiences and measurable commercial results. You will analyze market trends, manage key accounts, and source new opportunities, while aligning with hotel strategies and maintaining high service standards. This role combines strategic account management with cross‑functional teamwork to impact the hotel’s bottom line.

* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads
* Manage and grow an existing portfolio of corporate and MICE accounts
* Proactively source new MICE and corporate business through networking, events, tradeshows, and direct sales
* Collaborate with hotel departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences and sales programs
* Support site inspections, client entertainment and key customer events
* Produce accurate reports for Sales Director and senior management on appointments, calls, and leads
* Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally
* Maintain performance in line with company policies and procedures
Responsabilità
* Proven experience in an Account Director / Senior Sales Manager role or similar
* Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship‑building skills
* Fluent Italian and English, written and spoken (additional languages a plus)
* Strong communication and customer service mindset
* Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative
