Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Milan belonging to Marriott International, is currently recruiting a Bartender.
Reporting to the F&B Outlets Manager, the role covers beverage service in our lobby bar, The Living, and the rooftop bar.
This is a full‑time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off. The starting date is estimated in June.
What You’ll Do
* Represent and be the face of the hotel/bar to all guests.
* Pamper our guests.
* Order, prepare and serve drinks in accordance with standard recipes.
* Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
* Ensure clean glasses, bar equipment and working areas.
* Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines.
* Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
* Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies.
What You’ll Need
* Passion for the luxury lifestyle hospitality industry.
* A warm, people‑oriented demeanor and a team‑player attitude.
* At least intermediate knowledge of Italian and English.
* A safety‑first approach.
* Positive outlook and dependability.
* Previous bartending experience is a big plus.
