PpROCKWOOL Italia is looking for a bKey Account Manager – ROCKPANEL /b to strengthen our presence in the Italian ventilated façade market, ensure alignment across sales, marketing, technical and market execution and accelerate profitable growth. /ppAt ROCKWOOL, our ambition is to create solutions that enrich modern living—improving the safety, sustainability and resilience of buildings. With ROCKPANEL, we bring innovative façade cladding solutions to life, supporting architects, installers, façade specialists and developers in creating high-performance and beautiful building envelopes. /ppLocation : Italy (with regular travel within Italy+ occasional international) /ppOrganization : ROCKWOOL Italia | ROCKPANEL /ppReporting line : Key Account Manager Façade /ph3What You Will Be Doing /h3pYou will act as a strategic link between ROCKPANEL and the local organization, ensuring strong alignment across sales, marketing and technical topics while developing the market and building long-term customer partnerships. /ppYour key responsibilities will include : /pulliKey stakeholder management: build strong relationships with installers, façade specialists, manufacturers, cutting hubs/centers, strategic partners and professional users to support long-term growth. /liliBusiness market development: identify and develop new opportunities (e.g., installers, developers, OEM/partners), grow existing accounts, and expand ROCKPANEL’s visibility and specification in the construction and ventilated façade segment. /liliCross-functional execution: coordinate with Business Development, Technical, Product Management, Marketing Communication, Sales Support and Supply Chain to ensure market fit, clear positioning, and excellent project delivery. /liliSupplier supply chain interface: manage relationships with key component manufacturers and oversee panel cutting centers/hubs to support operational efficiency and timely deliveries. /liliMarketing support (documentation/tools/web): support internal stakeholders with documentation aligned to ROCKPANEL and ROCKWOOL Italia standards and needs. /liliPricing support: maintain price lists and support the sales organization on project pricing strategies. /li /ulh3What You Bring /h3ulliDegree in Engineering, Architecture or equivalent technical education. /liliExperience in the building / façade industry (construction products, cladding systems, façade contracting, specification or similar). /liliStrong technical competence combined with a commercial mindset and customer focus. /liliProven ability in key account management and building long-term partnerships. /liliExperience working in a matrix organization and aligning cross-functional stakeholders. /liliFluency in Italian and English (spoken and written). /liliProactive, analytical, collaborative approach; willingness to travel regularly. /liliValid driving license: category B (Patente “B”). /li /ulh3What We Offer /h3ulliA key role in growing a premium façade brand in a strategic market. /liliFull-time permanent contract and compensation levels benchmarked and aligned with market trends /liliPerformance-based incentive scheme /liliCompany car for business and private use, PC/laptop, mobile phone and tablet, company credit card. /lili20 days of annual leave + 10 additional paid leave days per year /liliCCNL health insurance and Company welfare program (750€/year) /liliAdditional paid leaves for medical appointments (20 hours/year) /liliA collaborative environment with strong local and international teamwork. /liliProfessional development opportunities in a global, purpose-driven company. /liliThe chance to contribute to solutions that support sustainable construction, safety and resilience in the built environment. /li /ulpROCKWOOL transforms volcanic rock into safe, sustainable solutions used worldwide.
