About the Role
We are seeking Sales Managers for Paper Packaging (B2B) in France, Italy, Germany, and the UK.
Responsibilities
* Strengthen and improve the company's market position by acquiring, maintaining, and developing new customers to achieve sales targets.
* Build strong and effective business relationships with customers.
* Manage sales and support processes to ensure company profitability.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with all departments of our EU branch in Germany.
* Report sales activities weekly and monthly to the Vice President.
Required Skills
* Extensive B2B sales and marketing experience, preferably in the packaging industry (clients include cosmetics, fragrances, alcohol, pharmaceuticals, consumer electronics).
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in the local language and English.
* Proficient in MS Office software.
* Excellent presentation, facilitation, and consultation skills.
* Ability to meet and exceed goals and targets.
* Outstanding customer service and negotiation skills.
* Experience in the packaging industry.
