Job Opening: Business Development Manager – Automotive Aftermarket
Location: Italy or Other countries (with International Travel)
Contract Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities
* Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, expand the existing portfolio, and grow the customer base in the automotive aftermarket sector.
* Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with customers across various markets.
* Market Expansion: Identify and open new customer accounts and distribution networks across assigned countries and increase the product lines that customers buying.
* Sales Growth: Develop commercial strategies to drive sales growth and ensure market competitiveness.
* Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with Marketing and Product departments to align business development strategies.
* Reporting and Planning: Provide business insights and actionable growth plans to the Commercial Director.
* Travel and Networking: Attend industry trade shows, customer meetings, and events to strengthen partnerships and expand the company’s market presence.
Qualifications
* Aftermarket Expertise: Strong experience and deep understanding of the automotive aftermarket sector, including key players and distribution networks across markets.
* Commercial Acumen: Proven track record in business development, sales growth, and customer relationship management.
* Network of Relationships: Existing connections with distributors, retailers, and industry players across relevant markets.
* International Sales Experience: Ability to open new markets and manage international customer accounts.
* Language Skills: Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
* Independent and Collaborative: Able to work autonomously while also collaborating with cross-functional teams.
* Travel Availability: Willing to travel internationally to meet customers, attend trade shows, and develop business relationships.
