Join EcoFlow to work with diverse professionals, face new challenges, and grow your career. We are seeking a Presales Engineer for a full-time, remote position in Italy .
* Support business development through roadshows and workshops.
* Serve as the technical expert during sales presentations and meetings.
* Build and maintain relationships with partners, demonstrating technical knowledge and understanding client needs.
* Prepare technical materials and presentations for pre-sales support.
* Train and inform partners about EcoFlow products and USPs.
* Gather feedback from clients and partners to improve products, working closely with R&D.
* Help partners customize solutions to achieve commercial success based on your technical expertise.
Your profile includes:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering, preferably in electrical engineering or related fields.
* At least 3 years of experience in customer communication and pre-sale technical support, with preference for experience in residential energy storage.
* Strong self-motivation, proactive, able to work independently and in teams.
* Excellent communication skills, comfortable with customer-facing roles and group training.
* Ability to understand customer needs and find solutions independently.
* Passion for the industry, quick learner, capable of understanding complex information rapidly.
* Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
