Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve revenue and market growth targets in Italy
* Identify, recruit, and manage distributors, installers, EPCs, and strategic partners within the solar and energy storage industry
* Expand SAJ’s market presence and strengthen brand awareness in the Italian renewable energy market
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and channel partners
* Drive sales activities for residential and commercial solar inverter and energy storage solutions
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
* Conduct commercial negotiations, manage contracts, and support partner onboarding
* Collaborate closely with technical support, product management, marketing, and headquarters teams
* Deliver accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and regular market feedback
* Organize and participate in exhibitions, customer meetings, roadshows, and industry events
* Support channel partners with product training and business development initiatives
* Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term partner success
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related fields
* Minimum 3 years of sales or channel development experience in the solar PV, energy storage, or renewable energy industry
* Strong understanding of the Italian solar and energy storage market
* Existing network with distributors, installers, EPCs, or industry stakeholders is highly preferred
* Proven track record in channel sales and achieving business growth targets
* Strong commercial awareness, negotiation, and relationship management skills
* Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote environment
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Fluent in Italian and English
* Willingness to travel across Italy as required
