We are looking for a User Experience (UX) Manager for Commercial Space Infrastructures programs. Candidates that would impress us: You are graduate.
Retribuzione / Benefits
- Maintain up-to-date market insights and trends for assigned user segments
- Identify user personas and journeys; propose UX KPIs and report on them
- Act as first contact for new prospects and educate them on space utilization possibilities
- Translate user needs into technical requirements and support payload scoping
- Assist in payload development, certification, flight and operations phases
- Support utilization contracts and ongoing customer engagement post-mission
- Gather feedback after missions and identify opportunities for follow-up engagements
Responsabilità
- Bachelor in Aerospace Engineering or STEM discipline; or Master in Aerospace Engineering (preferred)
- Familiarity with space field and in-space experimentation/utilization
- Experience translating user needs for engineering teams (preferred)
- Excellent English; proficiency with MS Office
