A global, innovation-driven biopharma company inRare Diseasesis seeking aSenior Brand Managerto join itsMilanoffice and takefull end-to-end accountabilityfor a flagship product/brand in a high-impact therapeutic area.
The role
You will own the brand strategy and execution in Italy, acting as the key marketing lead and business partner across functions (Medical, Market Access, Sales, Regulatory, PV, Finance), with clear accountability on performance and delivery.
Key responsibilities
• Define and executebrand strategy(pre-launch/launch/post-launch depending on lifecycle), aligned with global and regional direction and tailored to Italy.
• Own theintegrated marketing plan: positioning, segmentation, messaging, omnichannel, campaigns, HCP/patient initiatives.
• Drivecross-functional leadershipto ensure coherent execution across Medical, Market Access, Sales and external stakeholders.
• Leadforecasting, budgeting (OPEX), KPIs and performance tracking; translate insight into decisive actions.
• Develop high-qualitypromotional materialsand ensure full compliance with internal/external standards.
• Leverage market intelligence, competitive insights and patient journey understanding to identify growth levers.
• Manage agency partners and external vendors; ensure speed, quality, and measurable impact.
What we're looking for
• Solid experience inpharmaceutical/biotech marketing(senior level), with demonstratedproduct/brand ownership.
• Strong exposure toRare Diseasesand/orcomplex specialty careenvironments (high-science, complex patient journey, limited pool, high stakeholder density).
• Proven ability to lead without authority:influence cross-functionally, drive alignment, and deliver in matrix organizations.
• Data-driven and execution-oriented: comfortable withKPIs, forecasting, and performance management.
• Fluent English required.
