Opportunity
We are looking for a Digital Product Manager.
Objective of the position is acting as a bridge between markets, internal departments and external technology partners, contributing to the definition, development and lifecycle management of integrated digital services embedded in our products.
Your responsibilities will be:
Digital Product & Service Management
Contribute to the definition of digital product strategy for telemetry services, connectivity platforms and cashless payment solutions.
Manage the product lifecycle of digital services, including maintenance, evolution and new feature development.
Support the definition of integrated digital services embedded within hardware and software product ecosystems.
Market & Customer Insight
Conduct market and competitive analysis on digital services, IoT platforms and payment technologies.
Gather and translate market needs into functional requirements for digital solutions.
Collaborate with regional markets to understand customer expectations and emerging digital opportunities.
Business & R&D; Alignment
Act as the main interface between markets and R&D; for digital service requirements.
Translate market and business needs into product and functional requirements for digital solutions.
Collaborate with R&D; teams in the definition of technical specifications and system requirements supporting product development.
Support the definition of digital architectures and integration requirements.
User Experience & Service Design
Contribute to the definition of User Experience (UX) and User Inter
