Job Description
Reporting to the Iberia DC Sales Director, the Portugal TAM is responsible for selling products of the product portfolio to partners and end-users within the assigned territory.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Achieve sales targets within the assigned area: Sell Industry Solutions/Products at premium price Establishing and overseeing internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training
2. Manage Customers’ relationships: Manage the assigned product portfolio and develop the business through the Named Account list, leveraging the knowledge of processes and needs to increase the business opportunities Increase the existing customer base by promote Datalogic to new end users Preparation and realization of presentations at the customer's premises Engage the appropriate level in the Customer Organization to understand the needs and correctly position Datalogic Offering Manage Contracts & Benefit Packages Manage the account plan, Perform visits, Manage Price Exceptions, Manage Sales Forecast, Sales Monitoring and KPIs Identify the needs of Special Product Requests (SPRs) engaging the Datalogic Technical Community and prioritizing Customer Technical Support activities
3. Contribute to product launches and Field marketing Activities: Provide high level inputs about the customer needs to the Industry and Product Marketing Managers Working with design, sales team, creative, advertising, logistics, managers, marketing, and team members from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all client needs met
Requirements
4. Education (School/Specialization): Bachelor’s Degree in business, economics, engineering or equivalent work experience
5. Primary Language: Portuguese and English (Mother tongue or proficient)
6. Other Language: Spanish is more than welcome, any other European language is welcome
7. Years of Experience: 5+ years of the experience in Sales
