He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community.Main duties & responsibilities
Oversee and support the operations in the restaurant to ensure an enjoyable dining experienceManage opening and closing of the restaurantRespond to customer needs and questionsManage inventory operationsPlan in conjunction with the Restaurant Managers all the activities and menu implementationsEnsure that health and safety regulations are respectedLead and train the restaurant personnel to create a collaborative and efficient environment
Requirements
Strong organizational skills; at least 2 years of experience in similar rolesProven track record of managing and motivating a teamExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and problem‐solving abilitiesProficiency in restaurant management software (POS systems, reservation platforms, etc.)Solid understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and local health and safety regulationsFluent in English; knowledge of other languages (e.g., Italian, Spanish) is a plusStrong customer service orientation and problem‐solving abilitiesHACCP certificate
