Export Sales Manager – International Markets – Dancewear A well-established company in the dancewear sector, a leading Italian brand in the industry, is looking for:
The successful candidate will join the Sales team with the goal of developing new European markets, contributing to the brand’s international growth.
Responsibilities
Develop new customers in the assigned European markets
Identify, onboard, and manage distributors and commercial partners
Achieve targets in terms:
revenue
number of customers
development of acquired customers
collection of testimonials
Use CRM tools, price lists, and product samples
Provide periodic reporting on sales performance
Attend trade fairs and support market development activities
Ideal profile
Experience in international B2B sales roles
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Operational autonomy and strong results orientation
Required languages:
German and/or Spanish (strongly preferred)
High-quality Made in Italy brand
Mid-range positioning
Brand already known in key markets (e.g., Italy)
Company support including:
catalogs and sales materials
sales methodology training
Offer
Collaboration as a self-employed professional (VAT number) preferred; however, compensation structure will be discussed based on the candidate’s skills
