* To support Risk Management teams in solution offering
* To Contribute directly to commercial success: contributing to proposal strategies, positioning products and services, building proposals (content, man/day).
* To Support customers in the use of tools in order ensure sales commitments and customer satisfaction.
Objectives
* To Master the products sold by Cybersel: ability to demonstrate, position, manage POC with customers / prospects.
* To Secure successful uses and renewals.
* KPI:
o Number of signed cases in which he / she will have participated.
o Project and Service management on assigned account
Required experience
* 7-8 years minimum on an equivalent position in Risk Management
* Work experience in a Cyber security position: in a BtoB position or as an internal Cyber security manager.
Required skills
* Knows the subjects of cyber security, the different phases of the management and treatment of threats / risks. Comfortable with the roles of CERT, SOC, Experts teams (Read, Blue, Violet teams, CTI) within and organisations.
* Knows computer networks.
* Good knowledge of the existing dominant tools of the market : Qradar, Qualys,… and workflow tools for cyber risk assessment
* Good oral and written expression: interpersonal skills.
* Fluency in oral and written English: international customer communication, communications with publishers,
* Fluency in French (oral and written) is required. Native speakers or equivalent level are welcome.
* Ability to manage several “project simultaneously”: no mixing…
o Self-reliant on personal organization, priority management
o Autonomous in the use of office tools
* Trainer: train customers on products
* Analytical mindset, ask the right questions to customers to understand/qualify their needs, acting as an
* Take the lead in situations to move ahead, proactive thinking, anticipate, pro-active;
* Listen carefully;
* Ability to convince, manages easily the fact of being challenged;
* Pedagogue: ability to explain, to present differently, to repeat without being annoyed /patient
* Enjoys and knows how to work in a team: with salespeople, teams of the software editors.
The coordination work with the Salespeople who have leadership on the customer relationship is very important. He/she understand this point. Returns information to sales people.
