We are currently looking for motivated Chef de Rang to join our F&B; Team at Four Seasons Hotel Florence!
About the role:
The Food & Beverage Chef de Rang provides exceptional quality and service to our guests. In this role, you will be tasked with providing an expertly served beverage or dining experience; anticipating the guests' needs and as an expert on the menu options; and delivering memorable guest experiences.
What you will do:
Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
Anticipate guest needs and satisfaction; offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
Describe the menu and provide detailed information about each item.
Present bills and accept payments.
Assist in clearing and resetting tables according to service standards
What you bring:
An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task
High level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine
Background in Luxury Resort and Hotel considered an asset
Fluency in English and Italian

Schedule & Hours:
This position is based at the Four Seasons Hotel Florence and the contract is seasonal. You must possess the legal right to work in Italy at the time of application
