This role is ideal for a self-motivated sales professional with a passion for making a positive impact on student health through access to nutritious meals. /ppAs the Business Development Manager, you will identify new school prospects, re-engage former clients, and build strong relationships with decision-makers to grow our school meal programs. Your efforts will help eliminate barriers to healthy eating for students while contributing to business growth. /ph3What You’ll Do /h3ulliDrive new business development by identifying and engaging with K-12 district and charter schools. /liliReconnect with lost or inactive accounts to rebuild relationships and recover opportunities. /liliPartner with internal teams to design and implement meal engagement strategies that support client needs and increase student participation. /liliSupport sales-related events such as tastings, trade shows, client appreciation events, and school engagement nights. /liliCollaborate on presentation upgrades for school meal service and support new program rollouts, including breakfast, lunch, and supper services. /liliRepresent the company at community and school-facing events to raise awareness and strengthen partnerships. /li /ulh3What You Bring /h3ulliProven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably in foodservice, education, or related sectors. /liliSelf-starter with the ability to work independently, manage a pipeline, and hit targets without constant oversight. /liliStrong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills. /liliReliable personal transportation and be able to travel locally 50–75% of the time to school sites. /liliMileage reimbursement is provided in accordance with company policy. /liliExperience in school nutrition or knowledge of K-12 operations is a plus, but not required. /liliBachelor\'s degree preferred but not essential. /li /ulpBase salary is $85,000-$90,000 with total income close to $180,000. /ph3Details /h3ulliSeniority level : Mid-Senior level /liliEmployment type : Full-time /liliIndustries : Food and Beverage Services and Food and Beverage Manufacturing /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
