What will you do in this role?

In this role you will be responsible for selling ICEYE’s suite of Natural Catastrophe Solutions into European based insurance companies.

Primary responsibilities will include:

5. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key enterprise customers, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
6. Drive account growth by identifying new opportunities, upselling, and cross-selling relevant solutions and services aligned with customer needs and long-term goals.
7. Understand client business goals and ensure alignment between client expectations and company deliverables to maximize satisfaction and retention.
8. Coordinate internal resources to meet customer requirements and ensure successful delivery of services, acting as the voice of the customer within the organization.
9. Create and execute strategic account plans, including forecasting, budgeting, and business reviews to track performance and drive growth.
10. Analyze account performance using key metrics and provide regular reports and insights to both internal stakeholders and client decision-makers.
11. Resolve complex issues quickly and effectively, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

Required

12. Passionate about developing new markets, selling solutions, building relationships and helping colleagues and clients to solve complex problems
13. Self-motivated and proactive, with strong social skills
14. Comfortable communicating complex ideas to audiences with limited understanding of ICEYE solutions and capabilities
15. At least 5-years sale experience with re/insurers
16. Fluent in English, French and Italian
17. Ability to work in a fast paced start up environment, interacting with colleagues based around the globe
18. Ability to travel internationally to meet clients and attend conferences

19. Geospatial experience
20. An understanding of natural catastrophes
