In this role, you will:
* Assist in creating reports and technical documents
* Enter accurate metadata into electronic records to facilitate easy search and retrieval
* Implement trackers to monitor the completion of proprietor actions
* Manage and control information circulation
* Set up an efficient document management system
* Support the quality and document control team in achieving objectives
* Update, maintain, archive, and retrieve procedures, registers, trackers, and databases
We would love to hear from you if you:
* Have experience in a similar document management role
* Have experience with Aconex and SharePoint, which are critical for this role
* Enjoy managing a large range of information
* Have excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
* Are an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
* Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through shared purpose and openness
