Role Description
The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations at Il Sereno Al Lago, a Michelin-starred restaurant located in Como. Responsibilities include managing a high-performing team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, maintaining service and quality standards, and overseeing food and beverage offerings. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring hands-on leadership to uphold the restaurant's exceptional reputation and luxurious dining standards.
Qualifications
* Exceptional Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure unparalleled dining experiences.
* Proven expertise in Hiring and Team Management to build and lead a professional and motivated workforce.
* Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with staff and enhancing guest interactions.
* Strong knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage management, including maintaining high culinary standards and operations efficiency.
* Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fine-dining environment, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
* Prior experience in luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred restaurants is a significant advantage.
* Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Italian and additional languages is a plus.
