Your mission is to bridge our Dubai headquarters with the European design landscape, ensuring our Italian-inspired heritage is communicated with authenticity and prestige. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, managing high-profile campaign rollouts, and building critical relationships within the European design community. Crucially, you will lead the preparation and grand opening of our flagship retail showroom in Milan, establishing our brand as a global leader in contemporary luxury.

- European Campaign Rollout and Orchestration:\nAdapt and execute the global brand strategy for the European market. You will lead the local rollout of high impact campaigns, ensuring all digital and physical touchpoints are perfectly aligned with our premium positioning while remaining culturally relevant to European connoisseurs.

- Retail Showroom Launch and Preparation:\nAct as the project lead for the preparation and launch of our flagship retail showroom in Milan. You will coordinate with operations, sales, and creative teams to ensure every detail of the showroom environment and the grand opening event meets our world class standards.

- Creative Production and HQ Coordination:\nPartner closely with our global creative teams in Dubai to produce high-end content with an authentic European backdrop. You will oversee local photoshoots and video productions, ensuring the visual storytelling reflects the true essence of Italian design.

- Agency Management:\nSource and manage a network of top tier local agencies, including PR, media buying, and production houses. You will be responsible for setting KPIs, negotiating contracts, and ensuring all partners deliver a high return on investment while adhering to brand guidelines.

- Design Community Engagement:\nAct as the primary on-ground liaison with Milanese design studios, architects, and influencers. You will build and nurture a network of brand advocates and collaborators to strengthen our design authority within the industry.

- High Profile Event Management:\nLead the brand's presence at major industry events, most notably Salone del Mobile and Milan Design Week. You will manage the end to end execution of exhibitions, private events, and showroom activations that generate global buzz.

- Market Intelligence:\nAct as the eyes and ears of the company in Europe. Provide regular insights on market trends, competitor movements, and emerging design shifts to inform the global strategy at headquarters.

- Experience:\nYou have 8 to 10 years of marketing or brand management experience within the luxury sector. You have a proven track record of managing premium brands and successfully launching retail spaces in the European market.

- Industry Background:\nDeep experience in the premium furniture or high-end fashion industry is essential. You must understand the nuances of Italian design culture and the expectations of a sophisticated luxury audience.

- Agency and Production Expertise:\nYou are skilled at managing creative and PR agencies and have hands-on experience in managing high-end content production and photoshoots.

- Network:\nYou possess an existing network of contacts within the Milanese design, media, and creative scenes. You know how to navigate the local landscape to get things done.

- Communication:\nYou are a master communicator. Flawless written and spoken English is required, and fluency in Italian is essential for this role.
