We are seeking to expand our team with a Junior Export Manager to support our international expansion plans and strengthen our presence in foreign markets.
Responsibilities include : Identifying new foreign markets by analyzing expansion opportunities with a focus on market trends and local consumer needs;Developing and implementing effective sales strategies aligned with company goals;Scheduling appointments with interested clients and distributors;Participating in international fairs and events, representing the company and building relationships with potential clients and partners;Achieving and exceeding sales targets, regularly measuring results and refining sales strategies;Becoming the point of contact for clients and distributors;Supporting clients in selecting the most suitable products to meet their needs, in an assisted sales approach;Collaborating with the company's back-office sales team.Requirements include : Bachelor's and / or master's degree;Fluent knowledge of English and excellent command of French and / or Spanish .
Additional languages are a plus;Willingness to travel frequently abroad, at least 50% of the time;Proficiency in main computer systems;Excellent communication and problem-solving skills ;Ability to find and develop new clients;Strong team spirit;Motivation for personal and professional growth.Preferred qualifications : Experience, even brief, in a similar role;Background in Biology or related scientific disciplines with molecular know-how;Knowledge of diagnostic product sales techniques is advantageous.Work location : Jesi (AN) .
