LICENSING CATEGORY MANAGER - sost. maternità At Diesel Headquarter located in Breganze (Italy), we are looking for a Licensing Category Manager who, reporting to the Licensing Director, will be responsible for the development and implementation of Diesel Licensed products with specific focus on eyewear and special projects, in line with Brand strategic guidelines and in cooperation with Key Stakeholders. Business, Sales and Marketing Support the arrangement and management of Diesel license agreements for the assigned categories, fostering and enforcing Diesel interests, and monitor the compliance with contractual obligations. Monitor sales, track royalty income performance, Licensee A&P obligations, and run related business review sessions with partners. Work closely with licensing partners to ensure annual sales growth by developing effective strategies to foster relationships with end consumers and support initiatives for partner’s customers. Maintain regular communication with licensees to discuss sales performance, marketing, and distribution opportunities globally, aligned with Diesel distribution strategies. Assist the Licensing Director in the yearly budgeting process, tracking actual performance against targets across relevant financial periods. Prepare business reviews for the assigned categories for Diesel CEO, Group Committees, and third-party meetings. Monitor performance of direct channels and define actions in cooperation with HQ and Regional stakeholders. Partner with licensee Brand and Retail teams to define store assortments, coordinate buying, and ensure optimal in-store execution. Collaborate with Marketing teams (HQ and Regions) to develop marketing strategies, campaigns, and activities for the license categories, supporting the execution of initiatives to enforce Diesel interests. Create and update visual guidelines and training materials for stores on a seasonal basis. Product Development Create and update competitive market analyses for all assigned license categories, understanding market trends and consumer habits to identify new opportunities. Lead seasonal product development, considering Diesel channel needs, working with partners on collections, merchandising, and calendars. Support the product development process, manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and liaise with Diesel Style department to meet deadlines and launch objectives. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related fields. Experience: 4-5 years in brand management, preferably in eyewear or accessories within licensing, fashion, or luxury brands; merchandising experience is a plus. IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Power BI, and basic web analytics. Languages: Fluent in English and Italian, both spoken and written.
