Ph3Overview /h3pWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager to lead commercial activities across the United States and Canada within our Surface Treatment Division. /ppAs a key player in our Americas team, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying new opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships in key market segments such as CASE, Technical Textiles, Packaging / Blister, and Paper / Barrier Coatings. /ph3Responsibilities /h3pbThe role will include : /b /pulliLeading commercial development across the region in alignment with the Director of Surface Treatment and the Regional Manager. /liliMain focus on resins (Polyurethane Dispersions and Acrylic Dispersions), additives (mainly Rheology Modifiers, Dispersing Agents, Polymeric Matting Agents like PU Beads and PMMA Beads). /liliExplore, Identify and develop new market opportunities with the support of Product Managers application support laboratories. /liliDefining and executing pricing and go-to-market strategies. /liliManaging and expanding key customer relationships through tailored account plans. /liliDefine and implement the level of technical service support required for business development activities. /liliSupporting strategic growth initiatives by working cross-functionally with product managers, technical labs, and marketing teams. /liliMonitoring KPIs and participating in regular business reviews. /li /ulh3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliGrow revenues and profitability in the Surface Treatment business. /liliIdentify new market opportunities and oversee business development plans. /liliMaintain strong alignment with the overall business strategy and regional goals. /liliRepresent the company in the market as a thought leader and solution provider. /liliLead technical-commercial discussions with clients, ensuring value proposition delivery. /liliCollaborate with technical teams to define appropriate levels of customer support. /li /ulh3Background /h3ulli5–8 years of sales experience in Paints, Coatings, Adhesives, or Packaging industries. /liliBachelor's or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Business Administration, or Marketing. /liliProven track record in strategic sales, business development, and market analysis. /liliExperience in working with polyurethane and acrylic dispersions, rheology modifiers, dispersing agents, and polymeric matting agents (PU / PMMA beads). /liliWillingness to travel across the USA and Canada to engage directly with clients. /liliStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage complex sales cycles. /li /ulpThe role is based in East Providence, RI, and offers the flexibility of working from home /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
