Main activities
1. Define and implement sales strategies for the Italian market, collaborating with the Europe and Global teams;
2. Identify and acquire potential new national customers;
3. Manage and develop relationships, including long-term ones, with customers;
4. Create action plans in order to achieve established business objectives.
Requirements
Fundamentals/Must haves
5. Many years of experience in business development roles at Italian level in the primary packaging sector or similar industries;
6. University degree, preferably in economics;
7. Professional knowledge of English (level C1/B2).
Preferential/Nice to have
8. Good knowledge of the Italian market;
9. Orientation towards commercial development and achieving objectives;
10. Residence in central-northern Italy, preferably Emilia-Romagna or Lombardy;
