In this role' you will be the first point of contact for our Italian-speaking clients' providing them with assistance regarding their credit card inquiries' including applications' billing issues' and account management. Responsibilities - Respond to customer inquiries in Italian via phone' email' and chat regarding credit card services. - Provide accurate information about credit card products' benefits' and terms. - Assist customers with account management and resolve billing disputes or card issues. - Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records within our systems. - Collaborate with the credit card department team to improve processes and enhance customer experience. - Keep updated on industry regulations and company policies to provide informed support. - Gather customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement. Requirements - Fluency in Italian and English' both spoken and written. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction. - Familiarity with credit card services and financial regulations is a plus. - Proficient in using customer service software and technology. - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
