Role Overview
We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer with deep experience using LLMs to power conversational agents. You’ll lead the development of our emotionally intelligent chatbot that helps users navigate personal challenges, identify cognitive distortions, and discover constructive next steps.
Responsibilities
- Develop, fine-tune, and deploy multi-agent LLM architectures for real-time conversational experiences
- Design and optimize low-latency AI systems for seamless text and voice interaction
- Collaborate with backend engineers to structure logic flow and integrate behavioral reasoning layers
- Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and safeguard relevance and accuracy
- Prototype, test, and iterate to achieve emotionally attuned and logically coherent responses
- Contribute to product direction, agent orchestration strategies, and upcoming Beta architecture
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in AI, NLP, or related fields
- Proven expertise with LLM fine-tuning, LangChain, or OpenAI API orchestration
- Experience with multi-agent orchestration and task distribution
- Strong grasp of RAG frameworks, vector databases, and context retrieval
- Familiarity with Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and AWS preferred
- Deep empathy for user experience and mental health use cases
- Excellent communication and collaborative mindset

- Familiarity with CBT / DBT frameworks or emotional reasoning models
