Italy SSP / Territory Sales Manager | European Region
We are representing a leading medical device company specialising in minimally invasive surgery solutions, who are looking to grow across Europe for the first time. They are seeking a key sales professional to lead growth across the Italian market.
This is a high-impact position for someone with a strong track record in international healthcare sales who is looking to take ownership of a strategic territory and drive real commercial growth.
What You'll Do
* Build and execute a regional sales strategy to consistently hit and exceed targets
* Independently acquire key accounts and break into new markets and channels
* Develop new end-users, engage KOLs, and drive brand presence through local conferences and partnerships
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and feed insights back into the wider business
* Develop short-, medium-, and long-term regional growth plans
* Build lasting relationships with clients and serve as the face of the business in Italy
What We're Looking For
* 🎓 Bachelor's degree or above
* 🏥 Minimum 3 years' experience in the international healthcare sector
* đź“‹ Background in medical devices / equipment-related business
* 🇮🇹 Experience in the Italian market and Italian language proficiency preferred
