STORE MANAGER/ HIGH LUXURY MAISON /PADOVA
Responsibilities:
* Team Management
* Be a Brand Ambassador and represent the Core Values of the Brand
* Build a strong customer experience
* Setting performance targets and driving department productivity and profitability
* Ensure that customer service and the store environment are always presented at the optimum level
* Produce reports and specific analysis
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:
* Fluent spoken English
* At least 5 years in managerial role for Luxury Brands
* Business driven and detailed oriented
* Team player with the ability to lead and influence peers
* Confident, enthusiastic and positive
* Problem solving
