A Front Office Agent participates in daily Front Office operations, working with customers and guests to demonstrate skills in hotel management.
What will I be doing?
* Ensure accurate and efficient reception operations, including check-in / out procedures
* Respond promptly to guest queries
* Keep the Front Office Manager and Supervisors informed of guest feedback and departmental updates
* Provide high-level customer service at all times
* Understand hotel room categories, rates, packages, and promotions
* Maximize occupancy through up-selling hotel services and facilities
* Handle foreign currencies, credit cards, and cash according to hotel policies
* Answer switchboard calls as needed
* Manage guest deliveries and messages efficiently
* Follow fire, health, and safety regulations and procedures
* Operate front of house equipment and property management systems appropriately
* Attend required training courses
* Adhere to company brand standards
* Assist other departments and maintain good team relationships
