The Corporate Solutions division is now scaling up its team in Italy to serve our corporate clients. We are seeking experienced Senior Key Account Executives with a “challenger” mindset and a proven direct sales credentials. /p h3Key Duties and Primary Functions /h3 ul liIdentification, development and winning of new business opportunities in Italy /li liDefinition and execution of new business territory growth plan. /li liAccountability for exceeding financial targets and objectives in Italy. /li liAccountability for named clients portfolio P/L (sales, revenues, profitability) and customer satisfaction. /li liCreation and execution of account plans for named clients to penetrate, build and scale up new client relations. /li liMaintain accurate and timely pipeline development and forecasting data to underpin growth. /li liWork with Italy, Global CS Services Leads, Global CS Delivery Lead and Global Market Offering Lead organizations to ensure customer value creation and satisfaction. /li liWork with client vendor Ecosystem to improve ESET positioning. /li liTeam up with broader CS and ESET organizations, at HQ, Italy and Worldwide. /li /ul h3Skills Experience That Matter /h3 ul liProven experience in the field of cybersecurity and conceptual understanding of cybersecurity requirements, solutions services /li liUnderstanding of the cybersecurity industry in Italy /li liAbility and eager to open new opportunities and penetrate new industry verticals /li liAble to E2E manage an opportunity on both client side and within the company, including cooperation and coordination with legal, finance and relevant internal stakeholders /li liExperience with solution and/r service selling, adopting a consultative approach tailored to customer /li liTrack record in building and maintaining corporate sales. /li liMature, emotionally sensitive business decision maker. /li liCustomer value evangelist. /li liAbility to operate at senior executive level, whilst engaging all tiers of decision and influence within clients, partners and ESET. /li liAbility to independently conduct complex and difficult client and vendor discussions. /li liAbility to negotiate issues and service resolution towards mutually acceptable outcomes. /li /ul h3Work Type /h3 pFull-time /p h3Perks /h3 pAt ESET, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) are integral to our corporate culture.
