About the role
We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our Vascular Division, based in Naples. In this role, you will act as a key technical partner for customers across Central and Southern Italy, with approximately 20% travel to Spain.
You will work with a high level of autonomy, providing on‑site technical support, troubleshooting, and training for vascular medical devices, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
What you will do
* Provide on‑site field service support for installation, configuration, modification, and enhancement of vascular medical devices
* Troubleshoot technical issues and determine effective solutions in line with product and customer specifications
* Perform technical analysis of product implementations and upgrades
* Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate technical solutions
* Deliver technical training and product briefings to customers, distributors, and internal teams
* Act as the local on‑site technical representative, building trusted relationships with customer organizations
What you bring
* Associate Degree or equivalent technical qualification
* Minimum 1 year of experience in field service, technical support, or similar roles (medical devices preferred)
* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
* Ability to work independently with limited supervision
* Excellent communication skills and customer‑oriented mindset
* Willingness to travel across Central & Southern Italy and occasionally to Spain
