The Product Manager drives value creation and market leadership for assigned product(s) in the global Pharmacy Automation portfolio. The Product Manager ensures the success of the product lifecycle by understanding customer needs, translating pain points into requirements, and creating and executing the product roadmap in partnership with Engineering and Development. Your collaboration Primary goals for this role include: Identify market needs in the pharmacy/hospital and healthcare provider industry. Become a customer expert and work closely with Engineering and Development to refine and deliver product features. Own product research, competitive analysis, and discovery for your assigned product(s). Develop market requirements collaboratively with global stakeholders, support product investments and business cases, and align with innovation processes. Define product requirements, use cases, and user stories based on insights with a customer-centric approach. Define, own, and promote a strategic roadmap for assigned product(s). Identify and prioritize new features and improvements. Lead the introduction of new products, following stage-gate requirements, and support pilot activities and handover to Sales and Services teams. As the product subject matter expert, lead interdepartmental launch activities, influencing marketing, sales, and operational readiness. Develop and oversee the product lifecycle plan for all assigned products. Your competence To succeed in this role, we are looking for: A bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or a technical field. Minimum 3 years of experience in product management or related roles. Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented, cross-functional environment. Competencies in IT and software topics, capable of communicating with IT experts. Fluent in Italian and English.
