Role Description
This is a full-time Sales Manager role for a Data Governance, Search Intelligence & Marketing Analytics startup in its scaling phase. The company is part of an innovative group that is ahead of its time in AI adoption for data management.
The role involves daily sales and presales activities to develop the customer base. It is a remote position with frequent travel to meet clients, including participation in trade fairs, industry events, and networking events.
The role includes creating and growing a pipeline of qualified sales leads in industries such as ecommerce, banking, pharma, and others.
The company will provide structured initial product and technology training.
Qualifications
* Understanding of Data Governance and Data Analysis
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Consultative sales approach
* Pragmatic and proactive mindset
* Ability to fix 5 meetings with qualified leads per week
* Knowledge of software such as Zoho, Apollo, and similar tools
* AI literacy (Data & sales automation)
* Autonomous and result-oriented
* Network of contacts with decision-makers in companies with revenues of 50M+ EUR
* Experience in similar roles is mandatory
* Fluent in English and Italian
