P bObjectives: /b /p ul liResponsible for negotiating with previously defined customers and prospecting for new customers in Italy, in close collaboration with the company’s management. /li liActing as a Key Account Manager for assigned international clients. /li liDelivering offers / quotes to existing and prospective customers. /li liReporting to the Sales Director Europe. /li /ul p bMain Activities: /b /p ul liDefine the sales strategy for the company's various products to its customers. /li liCollect all necessary information for the preparation of sale contracts. /li liCommunicate with the technical team to propose the most suitable solution for a given customer. /li liSearch for new business opportunities, especially related to replacing Polyamide compounds. /li liNegotiate the best terms of sale in agreement with the company’s management. /li liManage and record various customer rates. /li liIssue material samples and test requests for the laboratory. /li liBuild and nurture customer rapport to develop and maintain long-term relationships. /li liControl proper application of contracts and planned sales volumes with assigned customers. /li liIdentify, anticipate, and manage customer risks, financial risks, delivery disruptions, and changes in the customer's structure. /li liAct as an interface between customers and management, sales, RD, QHSE, and finance. /li liAssist the technical and sales team with tests, complaints, or disputes. /li liReport on individual sales activities, customer situations, and sample progress during exchanges with company management and sales meetings. /li /ul p bYour profile: /b /p ul liKnowledge and effective use of various sales and negotiation techniques. /li liDetailed knowledge of the company's technical possibilities and product advantages. /li liGood knowledge of the plastics industry and plastics processing, especially injection molding, with a proven track record of successful account management. /li liAnalytical mindset with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions. /li liStrong decision-making skills, able to identify and mitigate potential problems with customers. /li liStrong interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication internally and externally at different levels and with various departments. /li liExcellent time management and priority setting skills with a self-driven attitude. /li liAbility to effectively use MS Office and ERP systems. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
