Sales Director - European Markets
As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our sales network across Europe. This is a strategic position that requires a unique blend of business acumen and operational expertise to drive growth and revenue expansion.
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing a scalable sales strategy that aligns with our brand positioning. This involves identifying and establishing relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, architects, showrooms, and contract clients. You will also be responsible for creating and managing a distribution network across major European markets, collaborating with local sales agents or freelancers as needed. Additionally, you will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support the achievement of revenue and expansion targets. Your role will involve representing the brand at trade fairs, industry events, and client meetings, showcasing your exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
To succeed in this position, you will need a strong background in sales, preferably within the design, fashion, or luxury sectors. You must have excellent knowledge of retail and contract dynamics, as well as fluency in English. Italian and other European languages are a significant plus. Your active portfolio of industry contacts, including architects, interior designers, buyers, and wholesalers, will be highly valued.
