About the Role


How we show up within the lifestyle run community is front and center of everything we do to build brand awareness and drive consumer love. Reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager EMEA South, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing all marketing and communication strategies of the Saucony brand in Italy and Iberia. The Marketing Manager will create and execute a marketing plan that positions Saucony as the leader in the performance and lifestyle market within the region. You will formulate how we deliver the key seasonal messages across community, retail, PR, events and digital platforms seamlessly. Within this ever-evolving area, you will be looking at adopting new and innovative ideas to support our EMEA strategies. Whilst being responsible for the community marketing team, and the trade marketing manager you will also work in tandem with your respective Sales Manager and the EMEA marketing functions within this pivotal and influential role.



Responsibilities


* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the Italian and Spanish market
* Align marketing initiatives with EMEA brand objectives and consumer trends.
* Plan, execute and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns through all consumer touchpoints
* Oversee promotional activities and product launches to maximize market impact
* Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations
* Build and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity in the market
* Collaborate with the central EMEA marketing team to create engaging, localized marketing materials
* Establish relationships with local organizations, communities, influencers and retail partners to amplify brand visibility
* Coordinate Sponsorships, events and activations to engage with the target audience
* Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources
* Lead and mentor the local marketing team
* Foster collaboration with sales and other departments to achieve common goals


Required Skills


* Leader who inspires and motivates those around them
* Expert understanding of local Market´s’ consumers, cultural environment and commercial needs
* Experience with creating marketing strategies and executing 360 consumer-led Marketing Communication Campaign plans
* Strong industry knowledge across lifestyle and running
* Collaborative team-player
* Highly effective communicator able to influence key internal / external stakeholders
* Results-driven individual
* Passionate and committed to the role and the organization
* You have an affinity to running and fashion
* You are an excellent communicator in English
* Advanced analytical skills, ability to translate complex data, trends, and insights into strategy
* Demonstrates consumer centricity and experience as well as passion for brand building
* Highly competent when dealing with IT, including Microsoft Office and PowerPoint


Pay range and compensation package
