With a presence in **200+ countries**, this company is now entering the Italian market and looking for a **Sales Manager** to build and lead their **offline distribution network**. **What You’ll Do**:
Build Italy’s **offline distribution channel** from the ground up
Establish partnerships with **hardware cooperative unions** such as BigMat, Ferritalia, Brico Io, Bricolife, Gruppo Made
Expand presence into **key accounts and retail chains** such as Leroy Merlin, Obi, and Bricoman
Identify and negotiate with **regional distributors and wholesalers**
Customize commercial terms and product ranges to fit the Italian market
Collaborate with internal teams in product development and marketing
**What We’re Looking For**:
️ At least **5 years’ experience** in **DIY/tools/hardware** sales and distribution
Proven knowledge of Brico chains (e.g., Leroy Merlin, Obi, Bricoman) or traditional hardware groups (e.g., BigMat, Ferritalia, etc.)
Established relationships with **key buyers or purchasing platforms** is a big plus
Self-starter who can **work independently and build scalable processes**
Native-level Italian and fluent English are mandatory
**Offer & Contract**:
Full-time contract via local third-party agency (until in-country entity is set up)
Approx. €70,000-€80,000 base salary + attractive premio structure
100% remote role with international exposure
